Cancellation/ No Show Policy
Since your service is reserved specifically for you, we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We value your business and ask that you please respect these policies. Should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so as soon as possible or 24 hours in advance.
When a service is canceled last minute or simply forgotten, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment with other clients who could be waiting. We ask all new and current clients to supply a credit card for us to keep on file. All cards on file are secure on our electronic security system.
Last minute cancellations are subject to a 50% charge of initial service price. No shows will be charged full service valued amount.
As a courtesy, here at Urban Day Spa, we do our best to personally call each client the day before to confirm their up coming service. If a text message is preferred, please mention so at your next appointment. We thank you for your loyalty and appreciate your understanding.
Cell Phone/ Electronics
With peace and tranquility as our main goal, we ask that you please have all electronics and cell phones silenced before you enter the spa and refrain from using them throughout your service. All emergency calls may be directed to our front desk.
If you are late to an appointment, we will do our best to accomodate your full appointment, but it is not always possible. Service time could be abbreviated to avoid any delays to other guests and will be charged full amount.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, and Discover. We also accept gift certificates sold from Urban Day Spa or through partnering websites. SpaFinder, SpaWish, and SpaWeek gift cards are accepted as well.
